I still have a few checks to deposit, so if you submitted dues, and have not seen the cancelled check, you will very soon.

I received a detailed list of fee newly imposed fee structures on business accounts. I don’t believe any of these will affect our account, as it is not for profit. The new fee structures are to be implemented on November 1, 2007, so I will wait until I receive the next statement to see if any of these have been imposed on our funds. A bank representative indicated there would be no imposition on the account, but I will follow up.

In September, 2007, I received a notice from the IRS regarding the Notification Requirement for Organizations with Gross Receipts of $25,000 or Less. From what I can tell, it has no implications other than the time expended to file.
